Cristina Afonso

Head of Customer Success, Nosto UK/IE |

With over 10 years working in Tech, Cristina's journey in eCommerce began halfway through her career at Microsoft when she became a Project Manager in Digital Product Distribution. After a year working on getting large-scale retailers (Curry's, PCWorld, Fnac and many others) technically enabled to sell Microsoft consumer software in digital formats it became clear that online selling was much, much more than just the technology powering it.

Over the next three years, she worked in developing operational excellence for Microsoft's Digital Product Distribution across Western Europe and EMEA and saw first hand the challenges faced by eTail on a daily basis.

Early in 2017, armed with a desire to help retailers create online shopping experiences as good or better than in-store, Cristina joined Nosto as a Customer Success Manager where on a daily basis, she works with online retailers to make digital experiences feel as personal and warm as the smile of your favourite shop assistant. Cristina is now Heads of Customer Success for Nosto UK/IE.
